I had the pleasure of photographing a wonderful family from the United States during their stay at the idyllic Malolo Island Resort – an ideal destination for families. They were a family of four, with four children on the cusp of leaving the safety of home for a world of independence and exciting new experiences. This holiday was more than just a getaway; it held deep meaning for them, and our photo session became a cherished memory for the parents.

Our time together was an absolute delight. Each member of the family had their own set of private jokes, and they even had me laughing throughout the session.

As we began, we had our concerns about the weather, as the afternoon brought rain. However, luck was on our side, and by day’s end, the rain had given way to a spectacular sunset, casting a magical glow over our surroundings.

Adding to the enchantment of the evening, the Fijian warriors from Malolo island resort emerged to light the torches, a beautiful and traditional display that left a lasting impression.
